Andrea Perez became part of the team at Fears„ Nachawati in 2010 and has pioneered their art law, business law and intellectual property divisions. Andrea is licensed in Florida and Texas. She has brought to Fears„ Nachawati a wide-range of legal experience and her unique ability to connect with and understand clients needs. Andrea believes that no client is too small and will always go above and beyond to assure that her clients feel that they are in the right hands.
Ms. Perez received a scholarship to attend Southern Methodist University and completed her studies in Philosophy. While an undergraduate, she clerked full-time with a prominent civil firm in Dallas and devoted her spare time to painting.
Ms. Perez earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During law school, Andrea volunteered as a Mediator at the Frank Evans Center for Mediation and participated in a pro bono mediation clinic. She studied law abroad in Panama and Malta and clerked as a Mediator for The Supreme Court of Panama.
Andrea is conversational in Spanish and enjoys travel, fine cuisine, art exhibitions and spending time with husband and pets, Bones and Bowie.
