About Me

Burton Green finished his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Florida Law School. Additionally, he was part of the United States Army back in 1969 up to 1971. In 1974, he received an honorable discharge. Attorney Green became headed the Brevard Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. He became the president from 1983 to 1992. Since finishing law in 1975, Attorney Green has continued to practice law within Brevard County Florida. He currently represents a range of clients in different Florida courts including the Middle District of Florida federal courts, Eleventh Court of Appeals in Atlanta and the District and Bankruptcy courts. Attorney Green also provides legal assistance to bankruptcy cases.
