About Me

Attorney Burnham graduated in the top of her class at Western New England College School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Attorney Burnham received several academic awards and was a member, and later a Note Editor, of the Western New England Law Review, a journal dedicated to academic excellence and writing achievement. Attorney Burnham assists people from all walks of life with their last wills and testaments, trusts, trust administration, estate administration, adult guardianships and powers of attorney.

Attorney Burnham has focused her practice on the following primary areas: Wills, Trusts and Estates; Bankruptcy and Debt Collection; Small Business representation; and Real Estate matters. Stephanie K. Burnham opened her own law firm upon being sworn into the practice of law in 2001. In 2008, Attorney Burnham, with her business partner, formed Bernson & Burnham, PLLC, combining their areas of expertise of estate planning, wealth preservation, small business representation, and litigation. Stephanie Burnham is licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including New Hampshire District Court and Massachusetts District Court where she handles bankruptcy matters.
