In addition to immigration law practice, Baughman & Wang has represented clients in criminal and civil litigations, personal injuries, corporate matters ranging from incorporation to shareholders agreement, purchase of business, buy-out and trade mark/trade name applications. Mr. Wang and Mr. Baughman founded Baughman & Wang in 1993. From simple H-1 visas, L-1 visas, P-visas, O-1 visas to complicated investors visas (EB-5), multinational executive/manager immigrant visas, asylum applications, removal proceedings, and various appeals to the AAO and BIA, Baughman & Wang has again and again proven its record of excellence. Since then, Mr. Wang has been focusing on immigration law, especially business immigration, removal and asylum, immigration appeals to AAO or BIA, federal court litigations involving immigration issues, such as FBI name check or other CIS delay, or declaratory relief for agency failure to promulgate regulations, or appeals of the BIA decisions to the court of appeals. During the past 17 years, Baughman & Wang has represented hundreds of companies and individuals in their immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, removal proceedings, appeals and litigated more than 250 cases in federal courts.
