Since then, Mr. Wang has been focusing on immigration law, especially business immigration, removal and asylum, immigration appeals to AAO or BIA, federal court litigations involving immigration issues, such as FBI name check or other CIS delay, or declaratory relief for agency failure to promulgate regulations, or appeals of the BIA decisions to the court of appeals. Reliable and Professional
I intially retained Mr. Wang's firm for a PERM-based EB2 employer-sponsored greencard. After researching my credentials, Mr. Wang recommended a Schedule A petition under EB2, instead of the PERM-based approach. I was very happy with it, because Schedule A allowed me to skip the PERM process and go straight to 140 filing. This saved a lot of hustles in this economy, because many friends of mine have been stuck in PERM for a long time. I did not even know what a "Schedule A" was until Mr. Wang explained to me.
During the process, three persons from the firm handled my case and they are very knowledgable, responsive, and professional. They made very efford to respond to every request of mine and gave me valuable strategic advices.
