Andrew graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law with overall academic honors and top honors in litigation and advanced criminal procedure. Additionally, Andrew was recognized with highest distinction for his contribution to pro bono legal work. Andrew has been admitted to practice in all levels of Georgias Federal and State courts including: the Georgia Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Federal District Court, Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, Recorders Court and Municipal Court. Andrew has represented people accused of a wide array of crimes including Murder, Armed Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Rape, Family Violence Battery, and DUI. While at the Dekalb Public Defenders office, Andrew gained extensive felony and misdemeanor trial experience. Andrew R.
