Amber Morgan Florio is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in all of the U.S. Federal Courts of Texas (Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western). She is an active State and American Bar Association member. Amber attended Texas Tech Law School. Her main area of study was Estate Planning and Tax Law. After law school she conducted Oil and Gas law in Fort Worth, Texas. She produced Title Opinions, conducted title research, drafted contracts and negotiated leases for oil and gas production companies. She made a transition into other areas of law with a strong focus on Bankruptcy with a law firm in Tyler, Texas shortly thereafter. She has been practicing Oil and Gas Law and Bankruptcy in all Districts of Texas ever since. Amber is originally from Alice, Texas (south of San Antonio). She attended Texas State University at San Marcos and obtained her Bachelors of International Studies in 2004. She has traveled to Mexico twice during her educational career. She attended Tec de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico to complete her minor in Spanish. While attending Texas Tech University School of Law, she returned to Guanajuato, Mexico to attend the Universidad de Guanajuato. She speaks conversational Spanish and welcomes opportunities to continue her education into Latin American culture.
